About Us

Hello!

We are Jo and Lin, two friends from North Devon.

Our shared love of nature and the outdoors has led us to start this venture. We have always had an interest in alternative remedies and are passionate about the environment. From this we started making our own essential oil candles and developing new ideas.

 Through growing our own herbs and from foraging we have acquired a keen interest in herbs and botanicals and their many uses.

We love to share our passion and do this through our workshops, focusing on well being.

We both love crafting and what initially started as a fun hobby has led us to the Otter & Sky that we are today.

​

We used our dogs names as inspiration for the name of our business, as the seeds of our plans were planted whilst out with the hounds...Otto and Skyler, with a slight tweak from Otto to Otter,  referring to the famous Tarka the Otter whose journey is based around North Devon.
